Co-founder of Asset Management Associates and a tertiary qualified reliability engineer who has applied her specialist experience in Defence, Health, Transport, Utilities and Infrastructure industries. As the Senior Reliability Engineer for maritime Defence, Rachel provided technical advice to a range of Defence acquisition projects and sustainment organisations, working closely with projects to develop methods for measuring and reporting capability.
Rachel is an internationally recognised asset management expert, chairing the Standards Australia QR-005 Dependability Committee and the IEC TC56 Dependability Mirror Committee, writing and managing the maintenance of 69 international and 46 Australian standards in the areas of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Supportability, Risk and Analysis techniques. In this capacity, she engages with global asset management and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) experts across a range of industries to define and document global best practice.
An accredited Chartered reliability engineer with specialist experience and application across Defence and Health industries. As a Senior Reliability Engineer for the Defence Land Domain, Jack provided specialist advice to a variety of high-risk capability acquisition projects and sustainment programs, working to optimise acquisition and sustainment through the development of reliability assurance activities.
As a member of the Standards Australia Dependability Committee and the IEC TC56 Dependability Mirror Committee, Jack contributes to the writing and management of Australian and International standards. He is an internationally recognised expert for the progression of the IEC 60300-3-17 Availability Application Guide and the IEC 62402-1 Obsolescence Management standard. He consults broadly to ensure the standards developed reflect industry and global best practice.
